George Schad - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Schad brings more than 25 years of top-level leadership experience in high-tech start-ups ranging from Security and
Identity Management, Internet based telephony services, unified messaging services, enhanced telecommunication services,
and online publishing. Most recently Mr. Schad has served as President and COO of AegisUsa, a provider of Identity Management
products and services. He has served as President of Authentor Systems, an Internet security software provider. Prior to
Authentor, he was President of VoGo Networks, LLC, a provider of a Voice Portal platform and content service provider.
Before that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Intergram International, a global provider of Internet
based telephony and messaging services. Mr. Schad has also served as President of two additional start-up companies that
provided enhanced telecommunication services and CDROM publishing services to the financial services industry, and has served
on the board of VIA Internet, and international Internet Service Provider. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and
Economics from the University of Colorado.
Chris Toomer - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Toomer brings over 17 years of technical Product
Development leadership spanning diverse industries including
Financial Services, Mobile Commerce, Social Services,
Judicial Services, Consulting, Telecommunication, and
Simulation at companies including First Data, VISA USA,
Fetter Logic, Interlink Group, Evans & Sutherland, and
Cendant. He is experienced with: complex, multi-tier,
multi-use architectures; user interface development and
usability; database design; information security; management
of technology projects and personnel; product management;
and bringing technology and business needs together in a
mutually beneficial capacity. Mr. Toomer holds an MBA from
the University of Denver and a B.S. in Computer Science with
Math from Colorado State University. Additionally, he holds
a New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification
and has formerly held Microsoft Certified Solutions
Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
certifications. Mr. Toomer helped found a startup venture
around software consulting and served as its President and
CFO.
Dan Shannon - General Counsel

Mr. Shannon brings more than 28 years of corporate legal experience to the company. Mr. Shannon has served as legal
counsel to several ventures in the hi-tech, logistics and healthcare industries. Most recently he was Counsel and
Secretary at Fetter Logic, an application service provider to the financial services industry. Prior to that, he was
Counsel and Secretary to Wire One Communications, the largest world’s largest provider of video conferencing products,
which was acquired by British Telecom. For several years, he provided legal services to The Children's Hospital-Denver,
one of the top 4 pediatric acute care facilities in the nation. This position involved exposure to human subject research
in the biotechnology arena, as well as a multitude of other legal disciplines. Prior to his work at Children’s he was
V.P. Business Development at Merisel Americas, a large distributor of technology products. Before coming to Merisel, he
was Counsel to Intelligent Electronics, a Fortune 500 company that was the largest wholesale distributor of computer products
and services in the U.S. At the beginning of his career, Mr. Shannon served for many years in the Division of Corporate Finance
at the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
